Welcome to the DecolonizeED: Our Mentoring Program for people of color on their academic and educational journeys. For years, I've had the privilege of guiding students on their educational journeys, from grade school to grad school. Today, I proudly extend my expertise publicly to serve women and students of color along their career paths or in higher education.

Navigating academia can be tough, but I'm here to break down barriers. I understand the unique challenges and dreams of women and students of color, offering tailored guidance with compassion. This program fills a gap I experienced in academia, where biases such as racism, sexism, and classism often hindered progress for students like me.

My mentoring covers academics, career advice, personal growth, and cultural empowerment. We'll unlock your potential, tackle challenges, and build your academic identity.

I also offer expert editing for academic work, ensuring precision, clarity, and cultural sensitivity. Let's transform your ideas into impactful, well-crafted pieces. I've seen the difference quality editing makes, when we empower ourselves with the right mentors; all too often the work of many students of color is not taken seriously or silenced if seen as too "radical" if they challenge the status quo.
