The Brown Beautiful Goddess is purposefully designed for women of color navigating the complexities of daily life within a patriarchal and white-centered society. Our program is thoughtfully crafted to cater to their unique journey, aiming to center their experiences, and foster a deep connection with their bodies. By empowering women of color to embrace their innate gifts, this course celebrates their resilience, strength, and individuality, allowing them to radiate beauty in all its glorious shades of brown.
What to Expect
Learn about Ixchel and the three phases of womanhood (youth, maturity, and wisdom) to connect this knowledge to your personal journey.
Uncover the Warrior-Goddess energy within yourself, identify your unique gifts, and learn how to harness this power.
Participate in self-love rites and moon rituals specifically designed for women of color, fostering a deeper connection to your cultural and spiritual heritage.
Engage in practices such as full body scans, gentle movement, and meditation, aimed at providing stress relief, pleasure, and increased body awareness.
Work with plant medicine and flowers as tools for your self-care, love, and joy, exploring the natural world's healing potential.
Learn womb techniques, deepening your understanding of the womb as the seat of creation and manifestation.
Discuss the often-overlooked significance of the cervix, highlighting its power in a way that may be new and eye-opening for you.
Throughout the course, establish a meaningful connection with yourself and with those around you, fostering personal growth and a sense of community.

Course Structure: This course will consist of four class sessions over four weeks. The course meets once a week for a 90-minute live session, providing a structured opportunity for real-time engagement. During each class, we will explore and engage with a central theme and time for discussion. All class sessions will be recorded, allowing participants the opportunity to revisit the content at their convenience.
Access: Please ensure that you have a Gmail account for accessing all course materials and information through Google Docs and Google Classroom.
Note: Please note that I am not a medical doctor, this course is designed for educational and self-development purposes. In addition, this course honors the autonomy of women of color and their right to exist exactly as they are; as well as being inclusive to other gender-expansive people.
Fees: You have the option to pay $111.00 or take advantage of a discounted rate of $90.00 when paying in full upon enrollment acceptance. Payments can be made through PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo.
