In Ancient Wisdom of the Four Directions for Self-Development we embark on a journey guided by the wisdom of the four directions and the elemental forces that have shaped Indigenous cultures throughout Turtle Island (the Americas).
This transformative 4-week course invites you to remember, reclaim, revitalize, and restore your connection to these sacred teachings and bring them into your daily life for health, wealth, and cultural restoration. Below is a summary of what to expect for the course.
Week One, The East: Embracing New Beginnings
Dive into the teachings of the East (tlapalli), representing dawn, and its symbolism for personal growth and fresh starts. We will engage practical exercises and guided meditation to align with the energy of the East, setting intentions for personal development. We will talk about the element of fire and identify or hone in on your life's passion.
Week Two, The West:
Self-Reflection and Transformation
Understand the West's significance in Indigenous wisdom, representing reflection and transformation. Explore the balance of natural elements within yourself and their role in personal growth. We will discuss the journey of the soul and the water element.
Week Three, The North: Empowering the Self
Explore the North's wisdom, symbolizing empowerment and profound insight. Connect deeply with the Earth elements and discover how they can empower your journey. Unlock the secrets of empowerment embedded in the North allowing you to harness your inner strength in new and meaningful ways.
Week Four, The South:
The Path to Self-Love
Discover the wisdom of the South, symbolizing warmth, love, and self-compassion. Explore the connection between self-love and the natural elements, deepening your appreciation for both. The South guides individuals to connect with their emotions, nurture their passions, and build meaningful relationships. It involves understanding and expressing feelings authentically.

Day and Time: Sundays from 12:00-1:30 p.m.
Course Structure: This course will consist of four class sessions. The course meets once a week for a 90-minute live session, providing a structured opportunity for real-time engagement. During each class, we will explore and engage with a central theme and time for discussion. All class sessions will be recorded, allowing participants the opportunity to revisit the content at their convenience.
Access: Please ensure that you have a Gmail account for accessing all course materials and information through Google Docs and Google Classroom. These courses are designed for people of color, Mexican, and Latinx folx wishing to deepen their knowledge or connection to Indigenous wisdom.
Fees: $88.00 for all four courses, pay via PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo upon enrollment acceptance.
