In this four-week course, Mexican Magic for Self-Transformation, we will embrace the holistic aspects of the individual, which encompass their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. Additionally, we will pay tribute to our Indigenous heritage through medicinal foods, awakening ancient memories, engaging in musical practices, and participating in mystical rituals. All of these elements will help us welcome peace into our daily lives as we follow the path of Mexican magic. Remember you are the magic! Below is a short description for what to expect in the course.
